Ordering Online

Submit your order securely to us via this web site. Visit us again after you have placed your order to easily track your shipment and view order history.

Follow these steps:
  1. Visit http://mycampusstore.langara.bc.ca
  2. Click on drop down list under Select a Campus Term, select the term and click on GO.
  3. Search and highlight the department (eg. CMNS-Communications).
  4. Search and highlight the course (eg. 1115).
  5. Highlight the section (eg. 001- ADAMS S). The list of materials appears below.
  6. Click the radio button on the desired type (New or Used, if available)
  7. Repeat as necessary for other courses.
Alternatively, approximately 6 weeks prior to term start, look on the myCourses tab in myLangara for your Textbook information. The tool will generate a list of textbooks personalized for you. You have the option of purchasing on-line and have the materials shipped to you.

Bookstore does not expect to have all materials in-stock right away or have all instructor material requests in there systems 6 weeks prior to term start. Stock is being received and instructor material requests entered daily. Please check the website often for updates, cancellations and arrival of stock.

Ordering By Phone

Call us during normal hours of operation and one of our friendly staff will assist you in placing your order over the phone. Use our site as your own personal catalog!

Please note that during busy back to school times we may have to call you back due to high volumes of customers. Ordering online is the quickest way to order.

Shipping Information:

Materials ordered online at MyCampus Store will be shipped via Purolator Courier for tracking purposes.

Current rates are:

Within BC Purolator $12 / order

Within Canada Purolator $25 / order

International $45 / order posted on website. However, you will be contacted with actual shipping costs for approval and prior to your materials being sent.

Orders valued at or greater than $300 will be shipped free of charge.

All deliveries require a signature. Please keep this in mind when choosing a ship to address as deliveries are made during the day.

Tracking your shipment:

You will receive an email with tracking information once Purolator picks up your order.

In addition, if a delivery is missed, you will receive a phone call from Purolator with tracking information and options. The phone number and email address you entered with your order will be used.

If after a few days you have not received an email or a phone call please log back into your MyCampus Store account. Click on Order History, then click on the order you are trying to track. Click on Shipment Receipt number. The tracking number can either be checked online at www.purolator.com or by calling the toll free number at 1-888-744-7123.

Alternatively, you may call Langara Bookstore at 604-323-5525 with your order number and customer service staff will assist.

Please note* MyCampusstore is unable to offer pick up service at this time.

Online Regular & Continuing Studies orders - You have 14 days from the date your order was shipped to return items purchased online. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable. All other return conditions apply.
